Agent inboxes
that can do anything

TaskMail gives every Multify agent a real email address on taskmail.com. Anyone can write in. Your agent reads every message and acts — with tools, memory, runbooks, and the full Multify workbench.

Get started on Multify

Create dedicated inboxes like leads@taskmail.com in minutes.

Setup

How TaskMail works

No forwarding rules. No shared logins. A real inbox your agent owns.

01
Create an inbox in Multify

Pick a local part (e.g. client-briefs). Multify provisions you@taskmail.com and ties it to your agent.

02
Share the address

Give clients, leads, or teammates the address. Mail lands in the agent inbox automatically via inbound delivery — no rules to maintain.

03
Your agent acts

The agent reads messages as they arrive, runs connected tools, can fire a runbook on receipt, and reports back in Multify chat or email.

What agents can do

More than “AI by email”

The classic TaskMail jobs still matter — scam checks, summaries, bill analysis. With Multify behind the inbox, the same channel can run full workflows.

Dedicated agent addresses

One or more @taskmail.com inboxes per agent. Each gets its own API key for secure retrieval and automation.

Multiple inboxes, multiple workflows

Separate addresses for leads, client briefs, support, or ops. Route intent by address without cluttering one shared mailbox.

Runbooks on receipt

Attach a Multify runbook so inbound mail kicks off a defined workflow — with from, subject, and body as trigger data.

Tools & integrations

CRM, calendar, spreadsheets, APIs — connect in plain English. The inbox is the front door; Multify is the workbench.

Triage, security & review

Still great for “is this a scam?”, spam signals, contract review, and attachment analysis — now with agent memory and context.

Example

Is this email a scam?

Forward or CC your agent inbox on a suspicious message.

Summaries & document work

Bills, statements, PDFs, long threads — summarize, extract spend, convert formats, and drop deliverables into Multify files.

Example

Analyze this electricity bill

Attach the statement to mail sent to your agent inbox.

TaskMail is how Multify agents show up over email. The same agents run in native chat, desktop, mobile, browser extension, Telegram, and iMessage — with shared memory, files (ClawBox), projects, and 100+ models.

You don’t “sign up for TaskMail” separately. You start on Multify, provision agent inboxes on taskmail.com, and grow from there.

FAQ

Common questions

TaskMail is Multify’s agent inbox product. You create dedicated @taskmail.com addresses for your Multify agents. Anyone can email those addresses; your agent receives every message and can act on it — with tools, memory, runbooks, and the rest of the Multify workbench.

Start at multify.co, open your Multify dashboard, and create a mailbox with a local part you choose (for example leads@taskmail.com). Each mailbox is tied to your agent. See Multify’s agent email inboxes guide for setup details.

The product is now built around your agent’s own inbox on taskmail.com — not a single shared assistant address. Create addresses that match your workflows and let the agent own the mailbox end to end.

Almost anything you can describe: triage leads, fire a runbook on receipt, summarize attachments, flag scams, analyze bills and statements, schedule meetings, enrich CRM records, and more — using Multify tools, files, and connected services.

Multify encrypts conversations in transit and at rest, does not sell your data, and does not use your conversations to train models without explicit consent. Review Multify’s Privacy Policy for full detail.

TaskMail inboxes are part of Multify. Start free on Multify — no separate TaskMail subscription. See current plans and trial details at multify.co.
